This is my first strapon harness. It's very comfortable, and the straps adjust to is stays in place well. I'm a size 5-6 in the hips, and I don't think this harness would fit a woman past size 10. there isn't a whole lot of wiggle room for adjusing. The dildo it comes with isn't too small or big, and isn't super slim or too girthy so I'd say it's good for first timers.
